Cindy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Texas. With 24 years of experience in the mental health field, she has lived in Sarasota for 21 years having established a private psychotherapy practice here 20 years ago. In 1997 she co-founded the Counseling Center at St. Boniface Episcopal Church. She began her tenure at Charis Center in 2008 and became the Clinical Director for Charis in 2009 when she moved her private practice there.

Cindy’s areas of expertise working with adults, couples, and families include: depression, anxiety, life transitions (including geriatric issues), parenting, relationship issues, post traumatic stress, addictions, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
